Payment Methods

We currently accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Once you submit your order, a hold for the total purchase amount will be placed on your card. Holds are usually released by your credit card bank within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. If your order is cancelled before it ships, you will not be charged. If your order is cancelled after it has shipped, any associated shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

What happens when you place an order with credit or debit cards?

Our online merchant partner, Orbital Gateway, automatically checks with your banking institution or credit card company to make sure you have the appropriate funds available to complete your purchase transaction.

Orbital Gateway also checks to confirm that your billing address, 3 digit security code and name on card match those that your banking institution or credit card company has on file.

At this point the banking institution or credit card company places a hold on those funds allocated for your online purchase. The amount of this hold will appear on your banking statement. This is not a charge. Holds usually pass within 4 to 7 business days depending on your banking institutions protocol. If your card is not charged with in your banks designated time period, the hold will be automatically released by your bank. We cannot release this hold, you must wait until the waiting period is over for your bank to release your funds. Once your order is ready to ship, your card will be charged for the appropriate amount.  Please contact your financial institution for more information.

Product Availability

If you see something you like, get it fast! Many of our products cannot be reordered and may not be available the next time you visit shop-edge.com. Many products you find online are also available in our store while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale online may not be available in EDGE.

Shop-edge.com and the EDGE Store share inventory.  Items ordered online are often located at the store location. Once items are located, they are shipped. This is why shop-edge.com orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.

Sold Out Items

It is possible that items on shop-edge.com will sell out faster than the inventory system can update the website. If items in your order are sold out and cannot be reordered we will email you with an alert and replacement options. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will ship less the sold out item(s) unless either the customer or shop-edge.com are notified otherwise.


Back Orders & Pre Orders

shop-edge.com cannot accommodate Back Orders or Pre Orders at this time.

Sales Tax

The current sales tax rate of 8.75% is charged to all orders shipping within California regardless of billing address.

Shipping and Handling

Orders received by shop-edge.com are filled on a first come first serve basis. Merchandise is often located at the store location and in most cases, must be located to ship. There can be a delay between the time that you place your order and the time it actually ships. Orders can take up to 3 days to leave our store regardless of your chosen shipping method.

International Service Options

Edge, Shop for Men, LLC and shop-edge.com are not able to accommodate international orders at this time.

Return to Sender Policy

Shop-edge.com ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make three attempts to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and billed at the fee indicated by your original order, if any. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may elect to have your purchase(s) refunded.

In the event that we do not receive a response from you after our third contact attempt, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods as we cannot store unclaimed packages indefinitely. Please note that shipping fees for unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipment from shop-edge.com your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

Shop-edge.com cannot offer returns or exchanges online at this time.  If you are local to our store you may make an EXCHANGE ONLY within 15 business days of the date shipped.  You can bring the items into the store for an exchange only.  We cannot accommodate exchanges of online orders through the mail at this time.

An exchange can only be made if product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged & tags are still attached, and no tailoring or alterations have been made. 

No exchanges will be made on shoes, belts, hats, glasses, grooming products, accessories (including watches jewelry), undergarments or sale items. 

All Sale Items Are Final.
